Bio & Testimony

Sarah considers herself blessed to have been raised in a Christian household. As she experienced adversity in her childhood, she began to see God as angry and unjust, and she felt misunderstood, angry, and confused. But in her darkest moment, Jesus met her and she accepted him as her Lord and Savior, which brought forth a lifetime of being made into Christ. Sarah was invited to get involved with Campus Outreach during her sophomore year at Clemson University, which gave her the opportunity to be equipped into being the laborer that she wanted to be as a Christian. After attending a co-ed CO Bible study, she fell in love with the OIA Bible study method, decided to come to every CO event that was held, and began to be mentored by a staff woman-also named Sarah! Sarah is devoted to God and His people, and she is eager to be a part of the mission of seeing students have a relationship with Jesus at Benedict.
